This Month's Featured ProductCTE Chem Tec's MAO 125/250 Series Gets a Make-Over
CTE has streamlined the MAO 125/250 Series giving it remarkable versatility; redesigned to incorporate three signal outputs allowing for an easy hook-up. When flow is established through the MAO, the magnetic piston is displaced proportional to the volumetric flow rate. A transducer senses the displacement of the piston as flow increases or decreases and the conditioning circuit then converts the transducer signal to either an analog, digital or current loop. The MAO's new outputs are standard voltage (1-5vdc), frequency (40-200Hz) and current (4-20mA) over the linear range for the specific unit. CTE’s MAO is perfectly suited for applications and environments including, but not limited to, wet benches, cooling systems, corrosive chemical dispensing, materials consumption measurement and process controls.
